This newly renovated, fully equipped townhouse is comprised of two 2 bedroom apartments, which have been connected by an internal spiral staircase - making it an ideal holiday property for two families, a large group of friends or for a smaller group of 4 guests who prefer to have their own bedroom and bathroom. It sleeps 10-11 guests.

The bedrooms are configured as follows:

Bedroom 1 (downstairs) - superking or 2 single beds. Next to family bathroom
Bedroom 2 (downstairs) - 2 single beds which can be pushed together or separated. Ensuite shower room.
Bedroom 3 (upstairs) - king bed, ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 4 (upstairs) - 2 single beds, ensuite shower room

All bedrooms have air conditioning. Fans in lounges.
Heaters and electric blankets provided for winter months if required.

A detailed email will be sent to you prior to your arrival with information about the townhouse, and the local area. If you have specific questions before or during your holiday, I will endeavour to respond to you within a couple of hours. You will be emailed a code to access the key safe a couple of days before your holiday, and will be able to let yourself in when you arrive. If there are any problems, the property managers are local and English speaking, and very reliable. I will also be available by email if there are any issues which cannot be resolved.

What can I say but a fabulous holiday.Apartments clean safe and brilliant location 2 mins walk to the best pool I have ever seen very safe peaceful and relaxing for all ages. Stayed here with my family from ages 7 till 80 amazing for kids...More

About the neighbourhood
The development is beach side with the apartment just 5 minute stroll to the beach. There is a wide selection of international restaurants within walking distance. There are shops and a small supermarket within a few minutes walk (bigger supermarket 2 min drive). Winter months are ideal for golfers and there are plenty of courses within a 15 minute drive of the apartment. The closest are Guadalmina South, Atalaya, Marbella Club and El Paraiso (5-10 min drive.). Summer months are very hot and it's a fantastic location for a summer holiday.

Activities in the area include Golf, Hiking, Nightlife, Scuba diving, Shopping (Puerto Banus, Marbella), Sightseeing tours (Ronda, Marbella, Gibraltar, Granada) Sunbathing, Swimming pool, Tennis Club 5 min drive.

Benamara Townhouse is situated 45 minutes drive from Malaga airport (76 Kms), Gibraltar (55 Kms) and 153 Kms from Jerez airport and 209 Kms from Seville airport. Driving directions from Malaga to Estepona: Take the A-7/N-340 motorway in the direction of Algeciras. Pass Marbella and San Pedro de Alcántara then take the Cancelada exit (km 166), make a U-turn back towards Marbella. Take the second exit after rejoining the carriageway ('Tutta Pasta'), and continue straight to Robin Hood Inn / Senator Hotel. Benamara Townhouse is directly behind the Senator Hotel to the left of the arch in Calle Cipreses.
