Great location
Apartment could do with an upgrade but very comfortable and 'homely'. We arrived late at night and had difficulty with keys as instructions for their use was in inside! Once knack was learned no problems. No hot water on arrival and we could see no means of switching it on. In the light of day we saw a water heater on back terrace, switched it on and hoped for the best. However, several hours later still no hot water. Reported it to agents who immeditaley sent round a plumber. It needed a new element. In short, we had hot water by Tuesday morning having arrived on Sunday. We feel this should have been checked before our arrival although problem sorted speedily. The apartment itself was comfortable, well equipped, and had wonderful views over the marina. It is in a well maintained block which is kept immaculately clean and secure. Did not use the pool as it was December!! Very comfortable beds. Cleaning was perfunctory and random! However, sheets and towels changed and a swish round the wash hand basins was the limit! No problem for us though. There is excellent internet coverage and good satellite too (once you fathomed how it worked - no instructions). Once again the agents were very helpful with this. Several supermarkets nearby with the nearest being open until 2 am! And lots of bars and restaurants a wee stroll away. All that said, we had an enjoyable 5 week stay in this apartment and would probably book it again.

Appartement conforme aux photos et descriptions ! L'agence tout proche est un point fort surtout que l'accueil est parfait. Le village est agréable en famille. A refaire mais en passant directement par l'agence car le coût de TRIP ADVISOR sur ce genre de location est inacceptable 388 € de plus qu'en passant par l'agence.

About the neighbourhood
The apartment is located to the east end of Estepona Port – The old town side rather than the Gibraltar side. The beaches are only a few minutes´ walk away and there are many bars, restaurants, beaches and cafes nearby. You have a choice of two supermarkets just a few minutes´ walk away from the community. It is a 25 minute drive from opulent Marbella and Puerto Banus, where you can find more sophisticated restaurants, high end shops and an extravagant night life. This is a great location for families with children looking for a relaxed holiday or a couple looking to escape the northern winters in the Costa del Sol.
