Venalmar is an exceptional first line beach secured urbanization, located between the towns of San Pedro and Estepona, at just 15km from Marbella. The urbanization lies at the border of a natural protected pine forest so you'll feel the fresh breeze mixed with the fresh pine trees scent. A large pool with a shallow end for kids lies in the middle of the urbanization and next to the pool you have a sauna room. The urbanization has video surveillance and also a private playground for children.

The beach Playa El Saladillo, is right in front of the penthouse. The beach is wide and clean, composed by a mixture of sand and pebbles. The entrance in the sea has some rocks.
