El apartamento está muy cerca de la playa y al estar al principio de Cádiz, no suele haber mucha gente en esa zona. Tienes casi en la puerta un supermercado por si necesitas algo. La casa está perfectamente equipada con todo lo que puedas imaginar, limpia y en un sitio muy muy tranquilo. No se oyen ruidos ni de vecinos ni de gente por la calle. Está bastante retirado del centro, pero tienes una estación de tren en la puerta y el autobús 1 y 5 que te acercan en un momento. Mucha flexibilidad en el horario de entrada, no como en otros sitios que no entras hasta las 17 h y pierdes casi un dÃa.

Perfekt ausgestattete und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung
Die Wohnung liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom kilometerlangen, wunderschönen Sandstrand entfernt. Sie ist perfekt ausgestattet mit wirklich allem, was man zum täglichen Leben braucht. Ein großer Supermarkt, in dem man sich mit allem versorgen kann, ist nur 2 Minuten entfernt. Die Altstadt von Cádiz mit ihren vielen hübschen alten Gassen, Kirchen, Tapas-Bars und Restaurants ist ebenfalls über die Strandpromenade zu Fuß erreichbar - oder mit dem Bus, der in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Wohnung abfährt. So kann man jeden Tag ganz spontan entscheiden, ob man Strand oder Stadt oder beides möchte. Mit einem MIetwagen lässt sich dann auch problemlos die atemberaubend schöne Costa de la Luz erkunden mit ihren ebenfalls kilometerlangen weißen Sandstränden, ohne Hotelburgen, dafür mit zahlreichen malerischen weißen Dörfern. Ein Traumurlaub, der mit diesem schönen Zuhause perfekt war. Ich werde definitiv wiederkommen!

Sehr schöne, perfekt ausgestattete und saubere Wohnung die sehr nah am großen Sandstrand Playa de la Victoria liegt. Auch dort findet man alles was man braucht. Cádiz ist eine wundervolle Stadt, die touristisch nicht überlaufen ist und die Vermieter sind äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen seit Jahren immer wieder hierher und es ist uns ein zweites zu Hause geworden.
