Fantastic apartment on a sunny, surf beach. Precioso apartamento  en primera línea de playa con vistas espectaculares al mar y a la playa. El portal de la vivienda esta en la misma playa, debido a que han hecho el paseo marítimo totalmente peatonal. La ubicación es inmejorable y el ambiente es muy tranquilo.  El apartamento esta  totalmente amueblado y equipado con todas las comodidades para pasar unas vacaciones inolvidables,  todo  a estrenar. 
El apartamento dispone de  un  dormitorio con cama de matrimonio de 150x190 cm con armario empotrado,  salon-cocina  y  baño completo  con duña, secador de pelo y todo tipo de detalle, champú, gel, etc Como extra dispone de cafetera Nespresso,  Fantástica entrada y salida a la autovía  todo tipo de servicio en la puerta, cafeterías, restaurantes...Fantastic apartment on a sunny, surf beach. Lovely beachside apartment, spotlessly clean, well equipped and with beautiful ocean views. The area is great if you want tranquility, but being close to any tourist point of the city, you can go to the center in 1 minute on line 1 of the bus, by taxi, or walking along the seafront. You have many surf schools, and bike rentals. And many chiringuitos, where you can have a mojito watching the sunset
Getting around
From my apartment you can go to the center of the city walking along a great promenade (this also has a bike path) that takes you directly. Also behind the portal you have a bus and taxi, although I recommend walking ... 20 minutes enjoying the view of the beach, and the Cadiz breeze. Anyway around the house, you have restaurants, shops, pharmacies, beach bars, ice cream parlors and everything you need, apart from being able to do a surf course, rent a bike, or sail in a catamaran
