Modernist building right next to the iconic Caleta beach (flanked by two castles) and the ancient and beautiful Parque Genoves. Apartment has lots of light and luxurious details. Located in an area with a great selection of restaurants and bars, close to public transportation and with many stores and supermarkets nearby. It has been very recently completely renovated with a very fresh, modern and simple style. Here's a list of of things we provide to our guest/s: - Garage (with electronic gated security) - 2 Elevators - Bedroom 1: single bed (90 x 200 cms) - Bedroom 2: 2 bunk beds (90 x 200 cms) and comfortable for adults ! - Bedroom 3: King size double bed (160 x 200 cms) - Bedroom 4: King size double bed (160 x 200 cms) - All mattresses are new and premium quality - Fresh linen and towels are provided - Air conditioning and central heating in every room ⁃ 48” LCD screen TV (cable TV with over 500 channels) - Good Wifi connection (with two separate signals) ⁃ A very modern and spacious Porcelanosa kitchen with brand new modern appliances such as large fridge and freezer, oven and microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, orange juicer, kettle along with extensive cooking utensils, full dinner set, glasses, etc ⁃ Luxurious bathrooms with bath and shower Towels (and beach towels) toilet paper, soap, hand wash and hair dryer are all provided - Iron (and ironing board) - Complimentary tea and nespresso coffee machine, plus basics for cooking like oil, vinegar, salt and spices. Parties are strictly prohibited and smoking is not allowed in the apartment or the building We like to be green and the most environmentally sustainable as possible: please try to turn off lights when leaving the house, use the air-con properly and not waste too much water. Lastly, we kindly request all guests to read the manual provided regarding the use of the house and its utilities

Apartment has its own garage (parking is very difficult in Cadiz!) Buses and taxi rank near the apartment to all parts of the city. But being in the best position in Cadiz, you are always walking distance from all landmarks, markets, shops bars and restaurants in the old town.
