My girlfriend and I stayed here for 10 nights and had a great time. We were greeted upon arrival (even though our flights had been delayed) and given some basic good information to get us started.
We arrived by car and had access to the secure underground car park with a dedicated spot.
The apartment had everything we needed, dishwasher, cooker, big fridge, nice TV and good internet access. The balcony/terrace was very big and there were two sun beds and a table and chairs to use. With a clear day we had views of the hills and mountains and could see the sea over the buildings to the other side of the terrace. Being a top floor penthouse, it was very private and the apartment was great for a couple of days of sunbathing and relaxing on the balcony. There were a nice collection of bars and cafes nearby as well as a Dia only a minutes walk away. We were about 10 minutes walk away from the beachfront and this side of the city was very nice and unspoilt. The apartment was very clean when we arrived, air conditioning worked fine, the apartment is right next to a train station - but one of the most quietest station I have seen in a long time, with only the odd train throughout the day. A couple of days after arriving there was construction started on the main road by the apartment, which made it less easy to navigate back to the car park but the construction started late and finished early most days and again didn't spoil the holiday one bit.
Before we arrived we were emailed a detailed map of how to get to the apartment, the car park/garage as well as a map of local shops and cafes so it was great information to get us started. Communication with Julián was great if I had the odd question and checking out was as easy as checking in. We would stay again - it was a great apartment!

Lovely apartment with an excellent terrace
Just back from a weeks stay at the Atico Apartment.
Met on arrival as agreed and given information as needed.
Great apartment with everything needed. Very spacious and clean.
An easy 10 Minute walk to the beach and same to the old town of Almeria. A few local tapas bars and a bakery within minutes of the apartment block.
The sun hits the terrace early morning and stays all day so great sunbathing with a nice breeze as you are on the 8th floor and very private.
Would love to visit again x

absolut angenehm dort über den Dächern
Toll, ein freundlicher Vermieter, der sofort hilft, wenn was klemmt. In die für spanische Verhältnisse übliche und daher enge Tiefgarage sollte man nicht mit einem "grossen Schiff" einfahren. Der nahe verschlafene Bahnhof stört absolut nicht. Wären gerne öfter dort.

Experiencia muy bonita, todo perfecto!
El piso muy amplio y limpio con 2 baños, cucina muy equipada, habitaciones comodas y una grande terraza con vista hermosa de toda la ciudad. El señor dueño muy amable y disponible. Excelente alojamiento para visitar AlmerÃa y muy bonitas playas cerca de la ciudad!
