Haustiere: Erlaubt ist max. 1 Hund - der anzuzeigen ist. Sofa und Betten sind absolut tabu!
Haftung: Der Vermieter übernimmt keine Haftung für entwendete Gegenstände. Fremde Personen/Besucher müssen vorher bei uns angemeldet sein/bedürfen der Genehmigung, die max. bis 22 Uhr gilt.

Geräumige, saubere Wohnung, aber nicht aufgeführte extra Kosten
Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist mitten in einem Wohngebiet, es war aber ruhig und von dort ist die Innenstadt innerhalb von 10 Min. mit dem Auto erreichbar. Alles in allem hat es uns (4 Personen + Hund) gut gefallen.
Etwas geärgert hat uns aber, dass in der Wohnungsbeschreibung nicht angegeben ist, dass Handtücher, Bettwäsche und der Parkplatz nicht inklusive sind und man sie extra buchen und vor Ort extra bezahlen muss. Sowas sollte wirklich in der Anzeige aufgeführt sein.
