Inner city, Belgian quarter, 34 sqm, bright 1 room apartment, Elevator, fully equipped apartment, quiet situation, WLAN located in the centre of town with pubs and bars in the immediate vicinity there's a bar at the ground floor of the building, so it can get noisy at the weekend;) The apartment is 32 sqm large and modernly furnished. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a small bathroom, a large bed (1.80 cm wide | 1 mattress suitable for one person or one couple), a large wardrobe and a TV with DVD player, as well as internet access. If you like you can also get a weekly cleaning, towel and bed linen service for 25 Euro per week. The apartment is located in the modern centre of Cologne in the popular Belgian Quarter. The quarter offers everything you can expect from Cologne in the immediate vicinity: from the traditional brewery and exquisite restaurants to bars, nightclubs and many small individual shops. The perfect destination for a short trip to Cologne. All important destinations are within walking distance. The main station at the cathedral is 10 minutes walk away and from Friesenplatz underground lines go to all destinations. Shopping facilities for daily needs are available in the immediate vicinity. City-Tax: since 01.12.2014, the City of Cologne has levied a cultural subsidy tax (bed tax) amounting to 5% of the rent. We have therefore been obliged by the City of Cologne to demand this from our guests with a private stay. The city of Cologne requires you to pay a tax of 5% of the rent on private stays.
