After a busy day of sightseeing you can put your feet up and relax in front of the huge modern flat screen television. Oil paintings, prints and photos complete the tasteful décor and ambience across the whole of the apartment. The large modern bathroom has a shower, WC, washbasin and plenty of shelf space. The kitchen is equipped to meet all your needs. It boasts a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, mixer, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans. In front of the living room you will find a small patio, complete with table and bistro chairs for your sole use. Enjoy your breakfast outdoors and let the magic and charm of your surroundings enchant you, just like they did the region’s numerous sculptors and composers. Super Wohnung, sauber und toll ausgestattet
Super Wohnung. Wir waren zur EM mit Freunden hier. Alles sehr sauber, netter Empfang mit Wein und Kaffee. Die Gastgeberin war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns tolle Tipps zu Restaurants und Ausflügen gegeben. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder.

Alojamiento perfecto para conocer Berlín
Hola, estuvimos 4 días de mayo y el apartamento estaba muy bien y limpio, muebles antiguos pero en buen estado, no faltaba de nada,toallas,champús,geles de baño,chocolatinas y botella de vino de bienvenida,...el barrio muy tranquilo,residencial,a 5 min del tranvía ke te llevaba al centro neurálgico.sabine muy simpática y atenta. Muy recomendable

Relaxed Berlin stay
Spacious apartment. Close to the very efficient German transport. Good well stocked supermarkets nearby. Good cafes and restaurants with affordable prices. Situated in a quiet family area and tree lined streets. Beds comfortable. There were no fans provided but we slept comfortably with the security shutters closed and the windows open. Excellent clothes washer and dryer in apartment. Shower was not the most comfortable, a small square in size with a shower curtain, but we all managed. Overall the 4 of us had a comfortable and enjoyable 20 days stay. Would stay there again.

Appartement de charme
L'appartement est très agréable et confortable avec un équipement plus que parfait. Les chambres sont meublées avec beaucoup de goût. Le quartier autour de l'appartement est très calme, restaurants à 2 pas, quartier très agréable. Nous y retournerons certainement la prochaine fois que nous irons à Berlin.

Großartige Wohnung
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist ziemlich groß und wohnlich eingerichtet. Nett war die kleine Terasse. Wir haben morgens draußen gefrühstückt. Ideal für unsere kleine Familie. Die Vermieterin hat unserer Kleinen ein Kinderbett und einen Hochstuhl gestellt. Top Service. Es gibt einen sehr großen Smart TV und gutes WLAN. Unsere Fahrräder samt Kinderanhänger konnten wir im Innenhof abstellen. Alles prima. Werden definitiv wiederkommen.

Wir waren begeistert
Es hat alles gepasst. Sehr netter Empfang, großes sauberes Appartement mit toller Einrichtung und extrem bequemen Betten. Ruhige Lage, Supermärkte, Bäcker, leckeren Mexikaner, alles da,... und mit der Metro in 10 Min im Zentrum. Wir werden ganz sicher wiederkommen.

Bel appartement à Berlin
L'appartement est très bien situé :3 minutes à pied du tram qui mène en 15 minutes à Alexander Platz. Il a 2 chambres et un salon qui a aussi un couchage (le canapé lit est très ferme et au niveau de la tête il y a un enfoncement qui fait que ce n'est pas très confortable) . Petit bémol les toilettes sont dans la salle de bain. On ne peut pas manger dans la cuisine et la table à manger est dans une des 2 chambres ce qui n'est pas très pratique. Sinon très calme, agréable très lumineux, et il y a tout le nécessaire. Sabine est très réactive et répond à chaque question dans un délai record ! Il y a tout le nécessaire à pieds (moins de 5 minutes) :3 supermarchés dont 2 bio, plusieurs boulangeries, pharmacie, restaurants dont un super mexicain ! De quoi passer un excellent séjour

Appartement charmant, dans un quartier résidentiel calme, à proximité de tout.
Le tramway M4 est au bout de la rue et permet de joindre en quelques minutes Alexanderplat, carrefour de toutes les lignes (U, S et M). L'appartement est grand, propre, bien équipé, avec des espaces bien délimités ; le petit jardin intime, le parc de jeux à proximité, la lumière des nombreuses fenêtres dotées de volets plaisent à tous, de l'aînée aux ados. Tout est à proximité (supermarché, boulangeries, cafés, etc) ; on peut même joindre à pied un petit lac de baignade fréquenté par les berlinois. Cet endroit permet de vivre avec et comme les berlinois. Parfait pour une famille. Je le recommande sans réserve.
