The prestigious stucco old building is from the early last century and impresses with its beautiful facade. The apartment facing the quiet courtyard was completely renovated and decorated in a way to maintain the charm and character of this dignified old building. The apartment is equipped mainly with an old parquet floor and has some original stuccoed ceilings. Apart from a small inside shower bath there is also a separate WC. The practical fitted kitchen is open and equipped with a small kitchen counter. There are two balconies both of which are aligned to the west. The larger balcony is a bit more than 10 square meters and the smaller one is about 5 square meters in size.
The location of this apartment is amazing! You are 2 minutes from the underground and 4 minutes to the tram. The directions for entering were very straight forward, and Alex was kind and gracious. We happened to see the maid as she was leaving, and she was kind enough to hold doors and help us with our bags. The beds and pillows were clean and comfortable, and the curtains kept away the early sun. I would absolutely stay here again!

Great location!
Nice quiet apartment in great location. Very close to underground. Great heating. Large master bedroom, which was lovely. Very small kitchen but had everything you need. Washing machine but no dryer. Overall, very pleased with this accommodation.

Sehr gut erreichbar und groß. Das Bad könnte größer sein, aber ansonsten hat alles super gut geklappt .

Schöne Wohnung aber dreckig
Die Wohnung ist an für sich sehr schön von den Räumen und den Antiken Möbeln.
Die Lage ist auch toll.
Die Sauberkeit lässt aber einiges offen. Der Boden war schmutzig die Küche verklebt und generell nicht so sauber.
Der Tisch und Wohnzimmer ist fast am Zusammenbrechen und die Stühle extrem abgenutzt und dementsprechend schmuddelig.
Das Pissoir war kaputt
Nichts desto trotz war der Kontakt zum Vermieter sehr freundlich und meine Fragen wurden binnen kurzer Zeit immer beantwortet.

Great location
This apartment is in an excellent location for travelling by bus or train as subway only 2 minutes away and it has a very well equipped kitchen.

Could not be bettered!
Quiet haven for the five of us - parents plus three adult/teen children. Close to all needed facilities with easy transport access to the centre of the city. Novel key collection system worked like a charm. Communication was quick and responsive. As we had strong snow storms during our stay, the great hot shower was to die for! Every possibly needed piece of equipment was provided and the heating made it snug despite the below zero temperature outside. If we come back to Munich, this will be the place to stay.

Location! Location!
Perfect location close to u bahn, couple of stops into central Munich. Close to bank, supermarket, bakery and other amenities. Accommodation is clean and tidy with plenty of room for a family of 4. Beautiful building, where the apartment overlooks a central courtyard. Highly recommended, would stay again. Would have given 5 stars if the drying function on the washer had worked.

Quiet and convenient location
The apartment is located very near a metro station and close to several supermarkets. The apartment is well laid out and the small kitchen has everything you are likely to need. We had plenty of room for our family of five and really enjoyed our stay. The key pick up was unusual but effective.
