Parking is available in the garage within the building.
Shopping center in Einsteinstrasse (ca 5 min walk), gourmet restaurant Käfer (ca 10-12 min walk), plenty of restaurants and shops, bakeries etc.

Great Retreat!
Great location, within 5-10 minutes of city center of Munich. Design modern, clean, comfortable - great amenities. After a long day of sightseeing, we retreated to the terrace to unwind! Simply lovely. Thank you Markus! We'll visit again...

About the neighbourhood
The apartment is next to the Prinzregentenstrasse.
The Prinzregentenstraße in Munich is one of four royal avenues and runs parallel to Maximilianstraße and begins at Prinz-Carl-Palais, in the northeastern part of the Old Town. The avenue was constructed from 1891 onwards as a prime address for the middle-class during the reign of Luitpold, Prince Regent of Bavaria and is named Prinzregentenstrasse in his honour.
The flat is close to various restaurants like Käfers or Sushi Cent or Swagat and plenty of shopping facilities, e.g. shopping mall at Einsteinstrasse (ca 5 min).
