Appartement de haut standing, vaste, 130 m2, très bien situé, devant la magnifique nouvelle Coulée Verte, à 2 pas de la place Masséna, du vieux Nice et à 200m de la mer.
En face de l'immeuble se trouve le tram.
La navette de l'aéroport est en bas de l'immeuble.
Et bien sûr à pied vous pouvez vous rendre en moins de 5mn aux meilleures boutiques et aux Galeries Lafayette.
Les cafés et restaurants sont à votre porte.
Etant au 3ème étage l'appartement est en position dominante et jouit d'une vue magnifique, notamment sur les jardins et la fontaine miroir.
Spacieux et avec de beaux volumes il convient aussi bien à 2 couples qu'à un groupe d'amis de 7 à 8 personnes ou à une grande famille, (idéal pour 6 personnes).

Great size and location, but fixtures and fittings rather tired.
The apartment is in a great spot, easy walks to beach, old town, shops, restaurants and transport. Owner was helpful and easy to communicate with.
The apartment could be fantastic, but in our view could do with an update. Beds were average - and some fresh new linen would smarten up things. Furniture is a bit hap-hazard, and a couple of better pieces would improve the feel of the place. Some doors don't quite shut and the door handle on one room was falling off. Windows need to be left open to ventilate and avoid unpleasant drain smell (i believe this is not uncommon in the older properties in summer). Each room has air-conditioning unit which worked well and quietly.
The small lift is handy, but still need to carry bags up/down half flight of stairs at each end.

Sorry if Amanda is not fond of furniture dating back to 1940 and 1950 mixed with the brand new white other pieces of furniture...
The doors have been fixed.
The 2 sheets a big "tired" have been replaced. The mattresses are very good.
The other guests have never complained about a drain smell, maybe there had been works taking place in another apartment in the building while Amanda was there, I do not know.....
I had left an information about the lift been small in the apartment description.......

OUR SECOND STAY
Recently returned from our second stay in two years at this lovely apartment.The apartment is spacious and located in an excellent central position.The apartment has everything you could need and is very well furnished and has good air con.The owners are very easy to get on with and are very flexible over check in and departure times as this can sometimes can be a problem with flight times.I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment

Fantastic
Great apartment. Bright, airy, spacious. Air-conditioning worked very well. Central location 2 minutes from the old town and the beach. Close to bus and tramlines as well as a large number of restaurants. Worked very well for a family with teenagers but would also work well for a family with younger children, a large group or 3 couples. Would highly recommend this apartment.

LOVELY APARTMENT IN AN EXCELLENT LOCATION
We have just returned from spending a lovely week at this apartment which is in an excellent central location.The apartment is large and roomy and lives up to its excellent reputation.Thanks Mag for a great place to stay.

Great apartment in fab location
Spent a fantastic weekend in Nice at this great apartment with a group of friends (all women in our forties) and couldn't have asked for a better location. The apartment was clean, large, light and airy and was extremely comfortable for us all. The very friendly owner greeted us on our arrival from the airport (a short, cheap bus journey away and only a 2 minute walk from the bus stop to the apartment) and recommended a couple of great places to eat and drink, both of which we tried and enjoyed. The apartment is a short walk from everything you could want to see in Nice - the flower market, the old town, the shopping district, the beach and the promenade etc. We only wish we could have stayed for longer!

Top location, very spacious, all you need to fab stay in Nice
We have just returned from a wonderful weekend in Nice. As a group of friends we were impressed with this apartment. It really is in a great location - on the 3rd floor (there is a lift) of a lovely traditional French shuttered apartment block that has great views over the fountain park and across to the old town. Walking to the old town takes literally a couple of minutes and excellent shopping in the new town is equally very close by. The apartment is in a safe area. The owner is very friendly and helpful and met us at the apartment which is incredibly spacious with lots of seating in the lounge / dining area and decent sized bedrooms. Despite the central location the apartment is very quiet due to good windows. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this apartment to others thinking of visiting Nice which is a great place to explore. Highlights of our weekend included a walk along the seafront, up to the castle ruins and round to the port, meandering around the quaint streets of the old town, browsing around the daily flower market and buying olives and other goodies at the local produce market, visiting the cathedral and other churches in the old town, 3 hour lunches in fab pavement cafes and lots of local rose wine! Will plan to return one day.
