The apartment is in a peaceful and clean street in Nice. Just a short walk from the sea front with excellent, clean beaches and close to the old city, the apartment provides for pleasant walks, enjoyable relaxing days and fine meals in the wealth of restaurants offering a wide range of food. We hope to go again.

Apartment well equipped, spacious and clean. Ray was very helpful and gave comprehensive info about the apartment and nearby amenities. Location is great!
However, bed sheets were stained and tv did not work, there was no light in the storage room.
Would stay again, but there is space for improvement.

Tolle Location mitten in Nizza
Wir haben 8 unglaublich coole Tage in Nizza verbracht! Es hat einfach alles gepasst! Die Lage, die Unterkunft, das Wetter und natürlich die Stimmung. Die Unterkunft bietet ausreichend Platz für 5-6 Personen. Wir sind eine 5-köpfige Familie und hatten nie das Gefühl, dass es zu eng wäre. Alle wichtigen Einrichtungen , Meer , Altstadt , Bahnhof , Einkaufen usw. liegen innerhalb weniger Gehminuten. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Kurz und bündig ein echter Wahnsinn!! Wie werden sicher bei unserem nächsten Nizza Besuch wieder dieses Appartement buchen!,,,

Lovely, well-placed apartment in the heart of Nice
Our family of five - including three young adults - enjoyed four days in this attractive, traditional old building, behind whose sturdy front door lies a super modern apartment. Nice is the perfect location for a family like ours, with its history, art, fantastic scenery and excellent restaurants. The old town is an eternal delight and the laid-back southern ambiance - and balmy climate - are much to our taste. The apartment is tastefully furnished, very well equipped and so convenient to all parts of the city and transport links. We would recommend it without hesitation and hope to return, sooner rather than later

Perfect location for true cultural stay and walkability to parks, sea front, old town, amazing restaurants and shops
The apartment was to a very high standard, clean and lots of new appliances. The location was amazing and only took 15mins to get to from the airport by bus. so many ammenties in walking distance made you feel like a local. We spent half the time in Nice and went Skiing at the nearbye resort of Isola 2000 (1hr 20mins away) for the other half. i would highly recommend this apartment - the best i have stayed at in NICE! will be returning again soon.

Great location in the very heart of Nice
Location could not be faulted. A stone's throw from the very centre of town. Excellent position near restaurants, museums, Christmas market, public transport connections, opera and a lot more. Comfortable, luxurious and large, a great place for a family.

Pleasant convenience
The hotel advertises itself as friendly, and was indeed so. Very centrally located. Accommodation was clean, and good value. There were some issues, including plumbing which were attended to hastily. But overall there were no unpleasant surprises. Recommended.

Fantaticly clean and spacious Apartment, we will come again....
Thank you for renting us your apartment in August. We had a truly wonderful time, the apartment is great. It is clean, spacious and well equipped and comes supplied with information on anything you could possibly think to ask. It truly is central, in the most perfect spot for enjoying all that Nice has to offer; from nipping to the early morning fish market, hitting the beach, the shops and restaurants, or simply wandering around the old town when the heat becomes just a little too much! Joy came to meet us and was very friendly. Once again, thank you for a lovely stay in the heart of Nice, we all feel wonderfully rested.

Spotless apartment in the most fantastic location
We can't thank you enough for such a fantastic holiday, the apartment had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable and much bigger than we expected. The Internet and UK Freeview TV was great as our little ones could watch their CBeebies whist we relaxed. The location could not be better, we were able to walk everywhere and as things were so close by we did not even always need the push chairs. We'll definitely be back and would also like to come and stay in your Brighton apartment which also looks fab.

A welcoming home in the heart of Nice
Our delightful one week stay began with our taxi ride from the station to the apartment. After three weeks of traveling thru Europe with 8 & 10 year olds, we were really starting to get tired and worn down. So when the driver pulled up to the apartment, and we were met by this happy, smiling English woman (Joy), we were overcome with relief. Our pleasure only increased as we got our first tour of the apartment. The apartment was even nicer than it looked in the pictures. Everything was very clean and new. The kitchen was very well stocked with nice dishes, pots and pans, and a dishwasher. The beds were very comfortable. And, after a long absence from English TV, the kids soon became hooked on the Sky TV. (The adults enjoyed it, too.) The Wi-Fi was well used. The apartment was also very conveniently located. We spent our days discovering old Nice, the beach area, and the main shopping district - all of which were within a few, short blocks. The main bus station, which we used to go to Monaco and Eze, was only a five minute walk. It was incredibly easy to get around. We were sad to leave such a lovely place as we continued on our tour of Europe. We felt so comfortable in this apartment. If we ever make it back, which we sincerely hope to do, we would love to stay here again.
