Bathrooms The pale green tiled bathroom has a shower cubicle fitted with a safety bar and flip down seat. There is a toilet, bidet and basin with storage cupboard, and a small window for ventilation.    Kitchen and dining area An archway separates the kitchen from the dining area, allowing for convivial meal preparation. Chefs can enjoy the pleasure of cooking on gas with three hobs in addition to an electric oven, microwave, toaster and kettle, and there is a dishwasher for easy clear ups. A washing machine and laundry equipment is also provided along with a Nespresso coffee machine. The dining area is furnished with traditional style dresser and cabinets and the many mirrors and chandelier will add light and sparkle to any meal. Living area The pièce de resistance of Le Mirage is without doubt the living area opening out onto the glistening waters of the Côte d’Azur. The floor is parquet, touches of gilding adorn the mirrors and chandelier, and a sense of comfort and tranquillity will greet you after a long day exploring. Two large leather sofas and a comfortable armchair will help you put your feet up and relax while double glazing keeps noise to a minimum. If you tire of the magnificent view, there is a large TV with Apple TV and DVD player. The apartment is also equipped with varying digital music devices, Alexa (Amazon’s voice activated personal assistant) is at your service in the living room and bedroom and there is a Bose iPod dock in the living room! Outside Space A bird’s eye view of the promenade and inviting turquoise waters below will keep you on the balcony for hours. There is space for four chairs and a table so alfresco breakfasts, lunches and evening refreshments are the order of the day. Parking For those staying with a car, there is an underground car park conveniently located at 57 Avenue de la Californie.  Check parking Indigo for details. Neighbourhood Half-way between the Old Town and the airport, Le Mirage is just a 20-minute stroll along the seafront from the centre or a short hop on a bus or tram.   The brand-new line 2 tramway is situated one street back from the beach on Avenue de la Californie and here you will find a selection of local shops, cafés and a supermarket within easy reach. Public Transport For those without wheels public transport is extremely convenient. Lenval Hôpital tram station is just around the corner will take you direct to the airport and, from summer 2019, into the centre of Nice.
