We had a lovely stay in this apartment.Annie met us as arranged,even though our flight was delayed she was there to meet us no problems!! We really enjoyed our stay.the apartment was within easy walking distance of the main shopping streets and not far from bars&restsurants.beautifully decorated,the apartment felt really "homely",we enjoyed the peace and quiet of the apartment.we would definetley like to come back here again!

We loved being in Annie's apartment. It is ideal for 2 people. The bed is very comfortable and the situation of the apartment is very central for the water front, old town, shops, railway station, public transport etc,etc. We'd love to go again sometime.

We stayed at this cozy apartment for 10 days in Oct 2015.Eclectically decorated. Very well situated, only 5 minute walk from tram station at the Nicetoile shopping centre, with good connections to other bus and train stops. Located on the 7th floor(building has an elevator)of a quiet building with a decent size balcony for 2 to sit out on and enjoy breakfast or an evening glass of wine with nice views of the hills in the distance. Very well equipped: kitchen supplies and equipment, extra towels, extra blankets, cleaning supplies, clothes washer, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Early in our stay,the owner checked in with us to see if we required anything else.

Annie's apartment is wonderful, full of French charm. Lots and lots of added extras exactly like you would find at home. A short easy 10 minute walk to the beach in one direction and the train station in the other direction. Shops and supermarkets within a 5 minute walk. We loved our stay and will book again if returning to Nice. Only slight disappointment was the close proximity to the school but this didn't spoil our stay Thank you Annie

Annie's apartment was a delight, with all comforts you could require. It felt like a home away from home. Super convenient and safe location - close to main shopping area and transport, and a comfortable walk to main the Promenade and old town. Communication with Annie was great and she was very responsive and helpful. Thoroughly recommend.

Très bel appartement, bien équipé, meublé avec de goût, géographiquement bien située, tout est accessible à pieds, le centre, vieux Nice, la plage etc, la propriétaire très chaleureuse et très sympathique, l'appartement correspond bien à la description sur le site. j'ai passée un agréable séjour, je remercie encore Annie pour son accueil chaleureux et pour sa gentillesse.
