The location is perfect for holiday and business bookings. DETAILED APARTMENT DESCRIPTION: The apartment has a wonderful balcony facing rue Meynadier and overlooking the Old Port of Cannes to your right.The apartment has a very high ceiling and tiled floor, which is typical for apartments in old buildings here. The room is spacious and bright, equipped with a super cosy sofa bed with a thick mattress, excellent to stretch your legs after a long day of sightseeing. There are double glazed doors leading to the balcony so you'll get a quiet night sleep. The SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS are the double sofa bed and the double mezzanine bed. The apartment can host up to 4 guests and perfect for single travellers, couples, friends of couples with up to two children. KITCHEN = fully equipped including fridge with a freezer box, 2 rings hob, microwave, coffee machine and all cooking appliances e.t.c LOUNGE = newly refurbished and very light with high ceiling, double glazed doors and windows and comfortable furniture. Great Studio apartment

Great location, cozy setting, AAAAAA plus all around. We have stayed here twice now, and we hope to be able to stay there again in April 2018.

Perfect.

It was such a perfect place to enjoy our time in Cannes. We really enjoyed staying in the old town, and it was close to amazing restaurants and shops. I highly recommend!

LOCATION: The apartment is very centrally located in the heart of Cannes in the Old Town called Le Suquet which is the pedestrian part of Cannes only a few minutes walk to the nearest beach and 5 minutes walk to the Palais des Festivals. Only 1 minute from the famous shopping street Rue dÀntibes and 5 minutes from the Croisette and beaches. It's a perfect location for congresses and holidays all year round. Everything you could possibly need for your daily life, is really just around the corner. Down the road you will find 2 supermarkets, a few pharmacies, tabaco stores and so on. Lots of restaurants and bars are only a minutes walk. Cannes has excellent sandy beaches and they are only a few minutes easy stroll from the apartment along

The transport links in Cannes are fantastic - bus to Nice outside the door, train to Monaco or Italy 10 minutes walk away and a boat to the Isles de Lerins 5 minutes away from the apartment which makes this a great place to stay for those wishing to explore the region
