YOU ONLY NEED TO CROSS THE PARK TO REACH THE SANDY BEACH and plenty of restaurants. All commodities are within walking distance, with the supermarket less than 200m, the historic village Le Suquet with lots of famous restaurants 300m, and the old port and Palais des Festivals (Conference Center of Cannes) just 700m. For events of 4 days you can stay a whole week for the same price. We have it all; direct beach access, beautiful sea view, large grounds with a pool, underground parking, close to restaurants and shopping, and just 15 minutes’ walk along the sea to the famous Cannes Film Festival. And beautiful boating excursions to the Lérins Islands are available from the port, which is just 400 meters from the residence, along the sea. LOW RATES IN WINTER. Location Location Location plus a great apartment every thing you could hope for.

I should not say too much or I will not be able to go again because the rates will have gone up or it will be fully booked. Cannes is a great place and this is a very good apartment.

Great choice for us: comfortable, clean, convenient...
