A contemporary, renovated and extended, provencal style villa with its own infinity pool and spectacular views of the Baie des Anges, 'Med View Villa' is located on a quiet and secure domaine at the heart of the Cote d'Azur, midway between Nice and Cannes. In addition to enjoying the delightful villa garden with its private infinity pool, guests have use of the large domaine pool. A pleasant walk leads through the adjacent Vaugrenier National Park to the Mediterranean beaches.
The villa is 5 minutes from the picturesque village of Biot with its typical boulangeries and cafes around the village square. Lovely villa, stunning views, virtually all you could ask for
Four very comfortable bedrooms, more than ample bathroom facilities, large indoor dining room area with satellite TV and all facilities, compact but very adequate kitchen, stone built external barbeque adjacent to shaded dining terrace, lovely infinity pool, and stunning views over woods to the sea. Situated in a private domain with excellent parking, the villa is secure, easy to access, and highly recommended. Communications with the owner are easy and friendly ... my only disappointment was that a car was needed to collect bread and other morning essentials if a fair (and hilly uphill return) walk was to be avoided. That aside - absolutely perfect for our stay.

Fantastic Villa - Cannot Praise it enough!
We stayed at the Villa in September 2014 - Attending our Sons Wedding while there.
The Villa and pool was absolutely Stunning! Exactly as it shows in the pictures with breathtaking views.
A real home from home place to stay. We needed nothing other than our clothes and food. The list of facilities is much more than they list & Spotlessly clean.
They even provide separate pool towels and floats for the pool - for the children to enjoy.
The owners mention that you do need a car if staying at the Villa. We did not hire a car and found the Taxi's to be very expensive to get around. So take their advice and hire a car if you want to get around. Having said that, we were happy to stay in the Villa without ever going out, but needed to for the wedding.
The owners gave us a number to call Cyril who would meet us at the airport and drive us to the Villa. Cyril proved to be invaluable to us while trying to call a taxi and arranged it all for us to get to the wedding. Cyril also collected us at the end of the holiday and drove us back to the airport. All I can say is "what good customer service"
100% would recommend you to book this Villa for your next holiday !

Incredible,there's no place nicer !! Can't wait to return !!
We stayed in this lovely villa in May with friends. The setting is beautiful,with the terrace,garden and pool overlooking the med. The house is in a very secure,well maintained gated domain. Radharc ( means view in Irish ) is located close to Nice and within walking distance of the historic village of Biot.
Antibes ,Valbonne and Mougins are also well worth visiting. An architect designed 4 bedroomed villa with an infinity pool and all modern household accommodation and amenities, it is an idyllic location for a wonderful holiday!!

High quality spacious accommodation catering for every need
The villa is set within a gated complex of varying styled properties and the location requires the use of a car to visit the nearby villages and attractions.
We arrived as a family of four and found that the villa more than adequately met our needs. Big enough for twice the number of people, Med View Villa had everything you could need to make your stay enjoyable.
The villa was set within grounds surrounded by a variety of plants and the villa is accessed by a pathway into the first floor of a split level property. Three bedrooms (one ensuite) all faced out to the rear with magnificant view of the Bais des Anges. A further bathroom and toilet completed the first floor. Downstairs was a spacious lounge and kitchen, along with another bedroom and toilet. This led through two sets of french doors to the patio and barbecue area. Set below via steps is the infinity pool and garden.
Eating outside on the comfortable verranda mozaic table under the tiled porch roof with views of the med below was a regular experience that we all thorughly enjoyed. This typified mediterranean culture and was a relaxing experience truly making the holiday that extra bit special.
There is plenty to do and see in the surrounding area, but do hire a vehicle. The roads take a little bit of getting used to, but with a decent map you'll find everything is within a reasonable distance. There are very few amenities within walking distance, which is the only negative point.
All in all, this villa will cater for every type of individual and the owners should be commended for their imopeccable interior design, taste and eye for detail.
PS. Would recommend that new photographs are taken to advertise the villa, as they do noit adequately do it justice as the actual property and ground far exceeded our expectations!

Superb
My brother and his wife and my husaband and I stayed for two weeks in this villa in August . The location was perfect as we had various adult children joining us at different times so it’s proximity to Nice Airport (30 mins ) was ideal . We used Cyril (a godsend ) as our go between for airport collections and for collecting us at night from restaurants . His partner Marian was responsible for getting the villa ready , this was a lovely bonus for us as taxis are very expensive in France . The villa was also ideal for using the train , we used to drive down to the local station , park easily and get the train to Antibes /Nice etc . The villa itself is gorgeous , plenty of space , lovely kitchen , bbq etc and the pool and views are stunning . A car is essential but it was possible to walk to a local boulangerie in the mornings for coffee and fresh croissants if fit ! Biot is a beautiful town . The complex has a good 25 metre pool also . We would highly recommend this villa for a holiday in this area .

Stunning Villa with breathtaking views. Truly Wonderful!
Our family holiday to France this year was a truly magical experience for young and old alike made all the more special by our stay at the wonderfully appointed Med View Villa. Having arrived late at night, throwing back our bedroom shutters on our first morning opening up that uninterrupted view over the lush green treescape of publicly accessible parkland down to the Mediterranean Sea beyond is an experience that will stay vivid in our memory for evermore.
The location is amazing. Only 15 minutes’ drive from Nice Airport, you also have Monaco, Cannes, Antibes, & the historic hilltop villages of Biot, Grasse, St. Paul De Vence, Eze & many other magical locations are all within easy reach for exploration.
The perfectly set Infinity Pool & the well-appointed comfortable accommodation was enough to keep all satisfied on the days we decided to sit tight.
Even the daily arrival of the A380 Airbus into Nice Airport was thrilling for our kids.
Med View Villa certainly lives up to its billing - Truly breath-taking!
We would have no hesitation in recommending Med View Villa to for families or couples alike. We hope to visit again.

Perfect villa holidays
The villa was better then expected. We’ve enjoyed our family holidays in relax and tranquil atmosphere it provides; the facilities are perfect to spend your days sunbathing, splashing in the pool and cooking on the bbq every day; access to shops and beach is easy and if you want to venture to Sam Reno, Monaco, Nice, Antibes or Cannes it’s all on your doorstep with less then 1h drive.

Just What We Needed!
We booked this villa due to its size, pool and location not far from the sea. We had a wonderful week! The villa has everything you need. Marion who checked us in was delightful.

Amazing villa with amazing views
Beautiful newly renovated house with amazing outdoors and wonderful view of the sea. We will return again next year with the same friends - we were 3 couples staying for 2 weeks and some of our kids visited for 1 week😎

About the neighbourhood
Visit picturesque Grasse, surrounded by fields of lavender and jasmine and centre of the French perfume industry since the 16th century. At the Fragonard Perfume museum, you can see the traditional techniques Drive along Moyenne Corniche, one of the most beautiful coast roads in Europe, to Monaco. Visitors come from all over the world for the Monte Carlo rally in January and the Grand Prix in May. Visit the Casino, decorated in original Belle Epoque style and see the changing of the guard outside the Royal Palace, every day at noon. Drive through the Verd Gorges, in the country to the north of Draguignan, where the River Verdon cuts through the rocks reaching depths of 700m. Along the route are breathtaking views, interesting old villages and lovely walks. Leave the car at home: the excellent coastal railway takes you west to St Tropez or east to Ventimiglia famous Friday market in Italy.
