This recently restored three bedroom “Maison de Village” is nestled away behind the walls of Old Town Antibes. Accessed off the cobbled streets, the house shares a private courtyard with the adjoining properties, and is just a short stroll from the main local tourist attractions which include the Picasso Museum, the Marché Provençal, Fort Carré, the marina and sandy beaches. This wonderful three storey building has been carefully renovated to modern day standards yet still maintains the character of the old property. There is air conditioning throughout the house. The property is ideal for a relaxing sunshine holiday where you can wander to the Provençal market for your fresh produce, walk to the beautiful sandy beaches, stroll to the bars and restaurants each evening and just soak up and enjoy a taste of the French Riviera lifestyle. Great property
Lovely property in great location for beach and all the bars and restaurants of town. Went with our teenage and preteen age kids. We all had a great time. Early morning run along coast the pop down into the market and town for coffee and fresh produce for breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent accommodation & location
We were 3 friends staying in Antibes. What a fantastic location in the historic old town. The house is beautifully located in a quiet courtyard only steps from the Mediterranean on one side and the wonderful market on the other. We had everything we could have needed in this beautiful townhouse. As described by others it is light filled and airy and has every convenience Antibes is a fantastic base to explore the area. We hired bikes in the market and cycled the coast. Nice is 14 min on the train!! There is so much to the area and this is a wonderful base

Very pretty oasis with direct access to Marche Provençal via a secret staircase!
I stayed here with two friends, so to have a double room each was quite a find, and two shower rooms as a bonus. Although this house was very modern inside, the owners have managed to keep the old character, with the stone wall and winding stairs, and shuttered windows.. The house is extremely well equipped, right down to beach chairs etc, and it's very comfortable. The shared courtyard is beautifully kept with shrubs and evening lighting to see you out or to welcome you back. It's very safe as you have your own key to the courtyard as well as your door key. There is even a secret staircase behind a door in the courtyard that takes you directly to the Marche Provençal! Beat that for location! Marion was very accommodating, with our late arrival and late departure, and she very kindly helped us greatly with our luggage. The bedrooms all overlook the courtyard and so we all slept extremely well. I really can't recommend this lovely property enough.

Best holiday ever
This is a wonderful, beautiful house in the best location possible in Antibes. Marion is amazing, she was incredibly helpful when we needed her and always so kind and available. We have been to Antibes before, but nothing compares to this lovely house. If we go back to Antibes next summer, we will be staying here for sure! Thank you very much Marion!

Perfect house in a perfect location
Located within the old town of Antibes, the house is minutes away from the daily food market, shops, restaurants, cafes and beach. It is a truly delightful house which is well presented and equipped to a high standard: even the beach towels are soft and fluffy! The courtyard is great for outdoor living and, as it is fully enclosed, is a safe space for young children. We were sorry to leave this special house in lovely Antibes.We hope to visit again..

Amazing bright and comfy 3-room house in old-town Antibes
This gem townhouse in the middle of old-Antibes is amazingly located with everything a walking distance. Beaches nearby are nice and we most of all enjoyed the 'Plage de la Salis' well worth the fifteen minutes walk by the seaside road for soft white sand, turquoise water and food trucks right on the beach making for a lovely day in the sun reading under a parasol. We love food and enjoyed choosing breakfast croissants and fruits in the 'Marché provençal' market just behind the house courtyard door. From there, a narrow street brings you down to the central 'Place nationale' after crossing many restaurants where we enjoyed our evening meals. We always ended the day at the 'Gelateria Italiano' ice-cream place as Anthony had us taste the wonderful gelato or sorbet which were the best we ever had on the Côtes d'Azur! Our teenage boys enjoyed visiting the port imagining the lifestyle of the rich and famous on an expensive three to five story high boat. We visited the Fort and two museums: 'Musée Picasso' which is mostly photographs of him with family and friends with a small amount of his drawings, poteries and a couple of paintings. The 'Musée Peynet et du Dessin humoristique' had us grin all the way. The three cozy bedrooms had air conditioning and comfortable double beds. The two bathrooms were very functional each with a shower. The kitchen was well equipped and made for nice family lunches. We were impressed with the house and courtyard which are both very bright in the sun and have a lovely colourful decor. It was very relaxing having a wine and cheese in the quiet afternoon. Airport pickups with Marion and Cyril made our journey stress-free from Nice to Antibes and back. They were perfect hosts with welcoming smiles. We just want to go back!

A home away from home in the heart of Antibes.
A really lovely apartment in the old town only a stones throw away from the Picasso museum and just a few minutes walk to the beach and all the amazing restaurants Antibes has to offer. The apartment was quite spacious with a lovely courtyard which we found ideal for our lunchtime meals.It had everything we needed for self catering and the real bonus for us was the food market just outside the front door. Definitely worth a try.

Ein fantastischer Ort mit toller Lage – zentral gelegen direkt am Markt, der Strand ist nur wenige Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Die Ferienwohnung ist ideal für Familien. Einziger Nachteil: Die Parkplatzsituation im Umkreis ist miserabel.

Excellent holiday rental in a great location
We stayed in this lovely house for 2 weeks in July. The house was very bright, comfortable and spacious for 3 adults, with 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The house was very well equipped and everything we needed was provided. The location in the old town of Antibes was perfect, very private and secure and very close to the Marina and coast, great for walks every morning. The local market nearby was excellent with wonderful produce for breakfast or if eating in but be beware of varying prices, get everything weighed before paying! The house is well situated to explore the Cote D’Azur and we availed of the excellent train and bus service to visit Cannes, Monaco, St Raphel, St Tropez and St Paul de Vence. The small private Royal Beach was close by, staff very friendly and helpful and there are two public beaches in Antibes as well if you don’t wish to pay for the private beach. There are great beaches in Juan les Pins as well, a short distance by bus or train. Cyril & Marian were very helpful during our stay and we availed of the airport pick up which made the journey from Nice to Antibes hassle free. We would recommend this house as a great location to visit Antibes and as a base to explore the South of France

Brilliant apartment in a brilliant location
We stayed in this apartment for a week at the end of May and it had everything we wanted. It's location is very private but right in the centre of the old town. The market is 50m away, you can stroll down for your fruit and baguette before breakfast. The beach is a 5 minute walk away. We love walking and found some really great walks around Antibes, particularly the walk around Cap Antibes (about 3 hours of spectacular scenery). The apartment is fully equipped as described and was spotless. We opted to cook in 2 nights and it worked out great. We bought all we needed around the market took our time over cooking dinner. The owners were very helpful and can arrange an airport pick up if you need one. We would stay here again for sure.
