Slightly further afield is Camber Sands,seven miles of glorious sandy beach and home to the only sand dunes in East Sussex. Just along the coast is the eerie,yet beautiful Dungeness Nature Reserve with its big skies and popular Derek Jarman's garden. The small but well-equipped kitchen area has an induction hob,combination microwave,fridge with ice compartment and a slow cooker. The dining table and chairs for two is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxed breakfast and the cosy lounge area has a comfy sofa,armchair and a Smart TV with a Blue ray player. At the opposite end of room is the super-king-size zip-and-link bed (which can be made up as a twin on request). A door from the kitchen area leads into a small lobby where there is space for dropping off coats and shoes and a further door leads into the shower room with shower and WC. Outside,there are two areas to enjoy the sunshine. Patio doors from the bedroom lead to a private decked area with a patio table and chairs and two sun loungers, at the front of the property is a small bistro table and chairs that overlook the owner’s garden,but is the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine and the evening sunshine. Guests are also able to use the owners petanque court (equipment provided) where the charcoal BBQ is located. There is private parking for one car. More
