La Redondie is set in a tiny hamlet with fine views over rolling countryside. This is a very spacious well equipped stone built family house with modern facilities. It has a large orchard garden with fruit trees and a ten metre private swimming pool with an electrically operated telescopic cover for safety and to retain the heat. The nearest shops are 7 km away in Naucelle that has an excellent supermarket, a street market in the square each Saturday morning and a good supply of butchers and bakers. Local communes jointly maintain a large fresh water reservoir with beaches, BBQ facilities, swimming, sailing, canoeing and fishing. Horse riding is available in Naucelle but above all the house and garden are a really tranquil location to enjoy and relax.More

About the neighbourhood
La Redondie is a tiny hamlet, home to no more than three families, yards from the D58 at Crespin. The nearest shopping is about 7 minutes away in Naucelle which has excellent butchers and bakers and a very well stocked Intermarche store for all provisions. A weekly market is held in the village square each Saturday morning. An excellent fresh fish stall can be found on Tuesdays near the Post Office. Weekly markets are held at Carmaux (Friday), Rodez (Saturday), and Albi (Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday), La Primaube (Sunday) and are a short drive away.
How to get there
The drive from Calais takes about 10 hours over a very good motorway system that takes you within one hour of the house. Versailles or Orleans are good stopping off points if you want to take two days to arrive. The scenic A 20 through the Correze region is almost completely free of toll charges. Leave at exit 56 and take a gorgeous route for the last two hours via Figeac, Villefranche de Rouergue and Baraqueville.
