- Electricity and water as well as tourist taxes are included in the rental rate except in the Low Season.
- In Low Season electricity consumption is not included in the price. The meter reading will be taken at the beginning and end of the tenancy, and tenants will pay the amount consumed.

The Collioure / Moure area

Collioure, an idyllic place on the rocky coastline, is situated in the very south of France, 26 km from the Spanish border. The picturesque village is nestled in an authentic environment. Its small Catalan harbor is sheltered by a quiet bay where the chain or the Pyrenees meet the Mediterranean Sea. It gets more hours of sun than any region in France. The exceptionally sunny climate and the north wind “Tramontane” makes Collioure a unique place where well-being and Catalan 'art de vivre' have their origins. Also one take a train from Collioure train station to most parts of France, and down to Spain. And there are numerous private bus companies operating bus services to all major cities from Perpignan.
