Property Details: This 58-sqm apartment is located on the 1st floor without an elevator. There is a space that can be used as a living, dining or home office area. It is furnished with a sofa bed, flat-screen TV and a dining table and chairs. There is a high-speed Wi-Fi Internet connection (1/Gbps) suitable for working from home and making video calls. The kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, electric tea kettle, toaster, small refrigerator, stove, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, dishwasher and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. The flat comes with a clothes washing machine and drying rack. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available. Both bedrooms are interior courtyard facing and furnished with double size beds and superior quality mattresses. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has one bathroom accessible via the hallway with a shower, toilet and sink. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay. Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans are provided. Important Information and Policies - Please inquire for more information about the cancellation policy. - Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees may apply after 7:00PM (see below). Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. The host reserves the right to decline a late check-in if the guest does not meet all the check-in requirements. - Check-out is by 10:00AM. - Final cleaning fee: 80€ - Linens and towel fee: 60€ - Damage Deposit : A damage deposit payment of 800€ is required before arrival - Strictly NON-smoking. - Pets NOT allowed - The apartment is NOT suitable for parties, events and photoshoots and the maximum number of guests should never exceed 4 people. - Minimum age. The main booker must be at least 25 years of age or older. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. - Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This famous Left Bank neighbourhood, known as the “Rive Gauche” to Parisians, has been a long time-favourite of intellectuals and artists. At your doorstep you will find a huge array of restaurants, bistrots, cafés, ice cream parlours, florists, artisan chocolatiers, art galleries and much more! Be sure to shop at Le Bon Marché and in the beautiful covered markets of Le Marché Saint Germain. Within walking distance of the apartment are the must-see Luxembourg Gardens, perfect for a morning jog, afternoon picnic or sunset stroll. The River Seine is also within walking distance so you can go to the Louvre or Notre Dame easily on foot. The Latin Quarter is a stone’s throw away with sights such as La Sorbonne and the newly refurbished Pantheon. Visit Le Marais district for shopping and dining on Sunday while the rest of the city is at rest. With its close proximity to Metro station, Solférino (Line 12), accessing other areas of the capital is extremely easy. Just hop on the Metro to reach the Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysées and the Arc de Triomphe, Montmartre and the Sacre Coeur and more! The RER train station Saint Michel-Notre Dame is a short walk away and gives access to Charles de Gaulle and Orly Airports.
