A completely unique holiday experience, you may even think you're in Venice! A fantastic Villa situated right on the Grand Union Canal. It has its own security entrance which leads to its unique, private courtyard situated right on the canal's edge. The outdoor setting and BBQ are just perfect for soaking up the summer days and enjoying the warm evenings. A truly idyllic setting as the swans, ducks and narrow boats literally pass by you only a few feet away. You could even bring your own canoe and bike!

Although the Canal House was built in 1829, the Villa is modern and tastefully decorated. It offers a generous double bedroom with a King size bed and a an extremely large walk in wardrobe. Leamington Spa is a town in central England. Set on the winding River Leam, it’s known for its Regency architecture and broad boulevards. The colonnaded Royal Pump Rooms, a 19th-century bathhouse, now houses the Leamington Spa Art Gallery and Museum. It includes a local history gallery and an original hammam, or cooling room. Jephson Gardens is a park with formal flowerbeds and a glasshouse for tropical plants. With a town centre of around a third of a mile square, getting around Royal Leamington Spa couldn’t be easier. All areas of the town centre are easily accessed on foot within a ten minute walk, which is great whether you're into history, architecture, nature walks, biking, canoeing, shopping and eating!
