This 2 double bedroom apartment is ideal for a short break in Leamington Spa. Complete with wireless broadband access (WiFi) and satellite TV stations for your enjoyment. The large and fully equipped kitchen makes this self catering apartment a breeze.

The long hallway leads off into the 2 double bedrooms, bathroom, large kitchen and spacious lounge / dining room. Double glazed patio doors lead onto a spacious balcony which is ideal for the summer months.

We have recently converted this property to a holiday let to add to our growing portfolio. The location is second to none and is a great springboard for other destination such as Warwick, Stratford, Birmingham and Solihull. London is an easy train journey away.

The owner lives locally and is always on the end of the phone for any questions or problems.
