Contemporary penthouse apartment situated on the 5th floor of a modern apartment building in the heart of the university quarter. Excellently situated for shops, restaurants and bars.

The penthouse is accessible via a lift with secure key-operated button for the penthouse floor only.

THE APARTMENT

The apartment has 2 double bedrooms, one is ensuite and has a king size bed. The ensuite has shower, wash basin, toilet, heated towel rail and underfloor heating. Both beds have Egyptian cotton bedding and plump pillows and have direct access to the west facing balcony.

The large family room is decorated in a modern contemporary style with wooden floors and the L-shaped sofa faces the 55' smart tv; the balcony is also accessible from the family room.
