It has been such a comfortable and clean flat. We really enjoyed the stay. It's just opposite a sandy and nice beach, no need to travel anywhere. Not far from Lidl and Tesco Extra. It has everything a small family would need.
The sofa beds are not comfortable to sleep, so wouldn't recommend for more than four people. The wooden floor looks very nice, but noisy when someone walks at night.
Overall, it's a very good value for money and a very convenient and relaxing flat.

Good value apartment
The apartment was ideal for a short break in Ayr. The position is in a nice quiet area yet within walking distance of the city centre and plenty of good restaurants. The set up was ideal for us having 2 bathrooms, it was clean and well appointed, so we felt this was good value and would recommend it.

Great location, well equipped, comfortable, and clean.
Even without a car, we really enjoyed our 2-week stay here (our first chance to interact with a new toddler in the family). From this location, we could either walk into town along the River Ayr, or walk along the Atlantic Beach to the Low Green and then into town. The convenience store was close and well stocked The parks and gardens in and around Ayr are amazing.
The apartment was well furnished with everything we needed. The oven was a little hard to use until we looked it up online, but we eventually figured it out. We'll definitely try to get this place again the next time we visit.

Great stay - fantastic weather also..
All a bit of a last minute booking – but what a great find – location was ideal, access and parking spot on – flat ideal for the four of us with plenty of space, real value. Friendly neighbours and other residents and to cap it a ginger cat with attitude who greeted you in the car park. Will stay again, thanks..

Good quality overall...cheap apartment in a run down town of Ayr ideal as a base for travelling to Portpatrick and coastal areas, Arran, Loch Lomond or to be in the hills near Wanlockhead. The pictures of the apartment are true but don't show the working adjacent port...though for the money spent after a week being there...I was happy. It wasn't very clean when we were arrived there. The kitchen seats were covered in bread crumbs and we gave the place a good clean down due to COVID-19. If you like the open places stick to the coastal road and head to Greenan Castle on the way to Turnberry or even Alloway, where there is the bard Robert Burn's museum to visit. All in all, the wife and I were sceptical of Ayr, but by the end we came to appreciate it for being a good base to start of from with good facilities.

A quiet location and perfect for Ayr town centre
Lovely apartment with spacious lounge and kitchen. Ideally located for the sea front and within walking distance of town centre.
Weather wasn't brilliant when we were there but still enough places to visit to keep us occupied for the week. Dumfries House is worth a visit.
Ian was very helpful giving us local information before we arrived.

Perfect Location
Visited Ayr in July (during a Scorrish heatwave!!), the apartment was superb, it was clean, well appointed and had everything that we needed. It was in a perfect location for us, right next to the quiet part of rhe beach but only 10 minutes walk from the centre of town. I have no hesitation in recommending it.

Perfect, exactly what we were looking for
Situated in a great location and just a short walk to the town. Clean and comfortable with everything we needed. We ate out most of the time but everything was in the flat for catering if we wanted to cook.
Ate at the Waterfront, which is a 5 minute walk away, a couple of times and really enjoyed the food, service and ambience in the place. The Treehouse was excellent as was our meal at MacFarlanes.
My favourite boozer was Billy Bridges, £2.25 for a 35ml measure of all Malts - now that is hard to beat!!
