Bay View is very aptly named! Situated a couple of steps from the beach, it’s a prime location for a family holiday or a romantic getaway!
After a busy day at the beach, take in the panoramic coastal views and beautiful sunsets from the Juliet balcony and unwind in the modern, open plan living area. Not only is it close to the beach though, it’s also a fantastic location for all of Ayr town centre’s amenities, plus the free on-street parking means that you can bring your car along for those day trips that are slightly further afield.
The sofa bed, in addition to the two bedrooms with double/twin beds, gives plenty of flexibility with the sleeping arrangement.
Travel cot and high chairs are available upon request.

This Donnini property is situated in a short walk from Ayr town centre, making it a prime location for restaurants, pubs and shopping. If relaxing is on the cards instead, be sure to make use of the newly refurbished kitchen for a home cooked meal and the large lounge area to spend time with loved ones. Add this altogether and this property forms as a MUST for any keen traveller to the seaside.

Property has quiet hours from 21:00 to 8:00, pets are allowed, pet accommodation can be charged, smoking is not allowed, events are not allowed, suitable for children, suitable for infants.
Beautiful sea view and moments from the beach. Easy walk to Ayr town centre with various shops, supermarkets, cafes, etc. Train station is 20 minute walk away. No Uber but plenty of local taxis. Super king bed is very comfortable. Enjoyably powerful shower which I figured out without reading the instructions. Even got some work done with the balcony doors open and the sea breeze and sound of the waves keeping me company. Lovely flat but especially loved the view of the sunset over Arran and the sea. Would recommend.
