Set in the heart of the Scottish Highlands, this non-smoking family run self catering holiday home is ideal for a relaxing time. It is situated in a small unspoilt coppice on the shores of Loch Ruthven, a local RSPB nature reserve. It has 3 bedrooms with a double bed, 2 single beds and 1 bunk bed. A comfortable sitting room, dining area and galley kitchen with all essentials for a great holiday. Due to the nature of the location of our cabin, we are not on-site to welcome guests, so details will be sent prior to your visit. You must provide your own sheets, duvet covers (duvets provided), pillow cases (pillows provided) and towels. Electricity is included in the price.

This house is a really lovely place to be in the nature. Even more it is a great place for bird watching.
The house is simple but cosy and has a lot of entertainment for rainy days (books, DVDs, toys). In the surroundings there is practically no one else. So take your time and connect to nature.

Rust, een meer en wilde dieren
Schitterend de reeën rond het huisje en de fazant die zelfs tot op ons terras kwam! Prachtig, zeer rustig gelegen met uitzicht op een meer!

Quaint Cabin, stunning Views

The best holiday ever
Staying at Beithe Log Cabin is the best holiday anyone could wish for , 15 miles from the nearest town , but still a great pub 2 miles down the road , pheasants outside your door , and waking up every morning looking over fields and a beautiful loch , even saw a young deer run through the pasture. It’s tranquil and beautiful, can’t wait to return

Holiday of a dream
The cabin was amazing, peaceful, tranquil , it has everything you need for your stay . The views are different every time you wake up , looking at the loch. With pheasants walking outside you feel you are in a different world. Didn’t want to leave , can’t wait to go back in 2022 .

Cabin by the loch
Lovely cosy cabin with everything you need for a great stay in the beautiful highlands. Walk across the field to pretty little beach on the loch. Amazing views and mountain walks.

Wonderful oasis of calm
The cosy cabin is in an amazing location looking down on Loch Ruthven which reflects the weather as it changes. We were blessed with sunshine for a week. There are great walks and the RSPB reserve. We had a brilliant quiet, rejuvenating week enjoying the fresh air and peace. The cabin is well equipped and welcoming but remember there are no shops for many miles so plan for a while. We wished we could have stayed longer.

Excellent cabin
The cabin is in a beautiful location. There is everything you could possibly need in the cabin. A very cozy and homely place. The kids so enjoyed it we walked round the Loch saw lots of wildlife. I throughly recommend this rental.

Wood Cabin tranquility
An excellent and well appointed wood cabin. Lovely facilities and fantastic views down onto Loch Ruthven. A truly lovely place to spend some time in the country side. You really feel like your in somewhere special. The host was really helpful. Would love to return.

What a find :)
This lodge is lovely, secluded and cosy. It was perfect for me and my partner and our kids. There was plenty of space and everything that you could possibly need. The beach at the Loch was perfect for the kids to play at and the location is perfect for getting to anywhere in that area. Great time had by all, just went far to fast. Will defiantly be booking again.

The location is rural, with the nearest shop about 4 miles away.
Plenty of walks and hills to climb
Inverness is 15 miles away to the north, Aviemore is 30 miles to the south
