The cottage is near Dalfaber Golf Course and offers self-catering accommodation in Aviemore for up to 4 guests. Ideal location for exploring the Cairngorm National Park and Scottish Highlands. The self-catering bungalow is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in a quiet residential woodland area with many pedestrian and cycle paths. There is a small garden with a gravel seating area, which catches the sun in the summer. There is a fence and gates to keep small children secure. Child's high chair (stored in the garage along with cot.) The double bedroom is equipped with a double bed, bedside cabinets, bedside lights, built in wardrobes, space for travel cot. The twin bedroom has two single beds, bedside cabinet, bed lights, fitted wardrobes. The family bathroom has a plumbed over-bath shower, electric heater, vanity cabinet. The cloakroom has a WC, basin and vanity cabinet. Guests have access to the entire property. The two-bedroom modern self-catering bungalow in Aviemore and is only a 10 minutes' walk from the town centre for shops and railway station (to London and the south). The property is only a 10 minutes' walk to Aviemore shops, restaurants, swimming pool and railway station. A car is recommended when traveling to the Highlands, however, this is not a necessity for guests looking for a relaxing breakaway. There is a bus station in Aviemore with routes running South and North from Aviemore. Taxis operate 24 hours of the day. No smoking. Not suitable for pets. No parties or events. Check-in time is 4 PM - 10 PM. Check out time is 10 am. Although housekeeping staff will clean the property after you leave, we respectfully ask all guests to clean and put away any plates, cups, glasses, etc they have used during their stay. All bed linen, towels (one hand towel and one bath towel per person), electricity, heating and Wi-Fi are included in the price. A starter pack of supplies includes toilet rolls, complimentary sachets of coffee, sugar, teabags.More
