The living room with electric stove overlooks a landscaped front garden with large picnic table and a separate dining room comfortably seats 6 people. The modern kitchen with tiled floor is fully equipped with large fridge /freezer, ideal for self -catering. The modern bathroom has a bath and electric shower. The cosy double bedroom and twin bedroom, both with built in wardrobes and wall and full length mirrors, overlook the landscaped rear garden another picnic table and hot tub. There is also a pretty single bedroom which overlooks the side garden. A folding sofa-chair can be provided for a sixth guest if required - however more suitable for a child or small person.The fairly large garden is a particularly attractive feature of the property, with lots of heathers, conifers, perennials and silver birch trees surrounding the home on 3 sides. The large , solid picnic table, in the front garden, can seat 8, is great for outdoor eating. A new gas B.B.Q and a further picnic table can be found in the rear garden along with the hot tub. There is no extra charge for use of the hot tub. There is off road parking for 2 vehicles. Important note - Access to the Dalfaber Spey Valley Golf and Country Club - few minutes walk from property - monthly passes now need to be purchased- can be used while on holiday in Aviemore. Adult £35, Family of 4 - £80. More

There is no problem in picking up keys as the cottage has a lock-box beside the front door. NETFLIX provided - watch films and T.V programmes anytime Welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk and biscuits provided. Literally just a few minutes walk from the property is Spey Valley golf and country club where passes can be purchased. Lots of suggestions for what to do in the area - you will be spoiled for choice. Pack of information will be provided regarding the use of the hot tub.

About the neighbourhood
There is a Coop supermarket, pizzeria, fish and chip shop and bike hire just 500 metres away. Lovely coffee shop in Highland Homes Tennis courts also nearby. The local golf course and the championship Spey Valley Golf Course are within easy walking distance. 15 minute walk takes you to the new retail park- Home Bargains for all your holiday needs and Costa coffee now open with a new Lidl, Tiso and Super Drug. Local bus stop nearby. Swimming pool, conference centre, numerous coffee shops, cinema and indoor shopping complex can be found in the Aviemore centre, 15 minutes stroll. Aviemore also hosts a number of events throughout the year such as the national husky event in February and Thunder in the Glens, involving hundreds of motor bikes.
Getting around
A car is not vital as there is a local bus stop just a few minutes walk away. This provides easy access to Loch Morlich, the funicular and ski area. The bus stop to Inverness is 10 minutes walk away. Buses to Glasgow and Edinburgh and also the train station depart from the village centre, 15 minutes walk.
