Scotland's largest city has all the hustle you will ever need and our Glasgow apartment sits right on the city doorstep near the Arts Quarter. The apartment is a leisurely ten minute walk into the main city square (George Square), or you can take a five minute walk to the Style Mile starting on Argyle Street, on to Buchanan Street and turning into Sauchiehall street. Glasgow remains the city of choice in Scotland, the city has a well-deserved reputation and is regularly voted the UK shopping destination outside of London. All tastes are catered for, from the more exclusive boutiques of Princes Square and the Italian Centre, to the independent retailers and thrift stores of the West End, and not forgetting the Glasgow institution, The Barras Market. For those with an interest in art, you will be glad to know that Glasgow is home to many galleries and museums, with wide and varied exhibitions, most of which are free to visit. Music fans will love the vibrant and exciting music scene in Glasgow. Live music is a regular feature in many pubs, and the city itself hosts some of the biggest names in the UK and international music scene. Annual festivals are held in the city, including TRNSMT, the Jazz Festival and Celtic Connections. If sports and leisure is your thing, Glasgow is home to Scotland's two biggest football clubs. Close enough to the SEC and Hydro, the apartment is also the perfect location for a city break, be it business or pleasure. Sauchiehall Street is amongst the most popular nightlife hot spots in the city, the long road is crammed with pubs, clubs and restaurants and is within walking distance. It features a wide range of fashionable bars, notable favourites include Bar Buddha, Campus, Driftwood, Firewater and many others. Areas such as Bath Street and others situated nearby also feature a wonderful selection of bars and although Sauchiehall Street is amongst the most popular, almost every street in the city centre is crammed with bars. The Club scene in Glasgow is fantastic, with new clubs consistently being added to the already large number throughout the city. Sauchiehall Street boasts such favourites as Campus, Blanket, Destiny and the extremely popular Garage. Royal Exchange Square and nearby streets feature popular venues such as Mas, The Social, Kong, Cathouse and The Tunnel. Many more are spread across the city centre. With a large and vibrant gay community, the city centre features a number of gay bars and nightclubs as well as many clubs featuring their own gay night once a week. Popular venues include The Polo Lounge, AXM, Katies Bar, Moda, Delmonicas and Underground, most of which are situated within the Merchant City Area. There is something for everyone in Glasgow. Great spot
It was a perfect size for us and our two small kids -even the “bonus room” with the single bed was a hit with our four-year-old. Otherwise, the apartment was really close to everything in the core, including rail links and plenty of stores and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Genial!
El apartamento estaba a 5 min andando del centro y más cerca aún de los pubs. Estaba limpio, con sus toallas y sábanas. Muy coqueto y el espacio muy bien aprovechado. Kenny nos dejó una guía de la ciudad donde venía todo explicado. Muy muy bien todo. Totalmente recomendable. Nosotros fuimos 4 personas y estuvimos 2 días.

Perfect City Apartment
Really enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous city apartment. The location was perfect, the flat has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host was terrific quick to answer any questions we had. I will definitely book this apartment again!

Fab!
Great comfortable flat with everything you need. Plenty space for us 4 adults. Towels supplied, good shower. Did not use cooking facilities, very handy place to stay near to cafes with late breakfasts and plenty carry out options if you do not want to cook or eat out. Lots of tea and coffee!! A super nice touch would be to supply a small milk to get you started but corner shop 2mins round corner. Very central and a short distance in taxi to Kings/SECC. Parking as everywhere in Glasgow quite expensive but free overnight outside flat overnight. Nice quietish street. No probs. Will definetly return if pissible.

good place to stay
Nice apartment in a good and central location for a good price. Kenny was a friendly host. Everything from the arrival to getting back the deposit was well organized. We had a nice time there.

Spacious and comfortable
A well equipped apartment, very centrally located for shopping, riverside and cultural activities. Two hand towels, rather than one between two, would have been welcome. The Trip Advisor location pin was quite a long way away from the actual location of the apartment.

Merchant City is an amazing part of Glasgow steeped in history but with new modern attractions. As picturesque as it is, it still holds the key to an enjoyable Glasgow experience. Close enough to the SEC and Hydro it is also the perfect location for a city break be it business or pleasure

Bus & train links in and around the city centre will take you anywhere you need to go, Glasgow is a great walking city, not as hilly as Edinburgh so shopping doesn't have to be done at a heavy pace

Reachable by great transport links, wherever you are when you get to the city centre you are a maximum of 15 minutes walk from the apartment. Buses from the main Glasgow Airport or trains from Prestwick and Edinburgh are regular and pretty reliable - taxi services are multiple, ask the host for a local taxi number to save money from using airport taxis.
