I have two rooms to let. The single room shown here plus a twin room which is on a separate listing. If you want both rooms I will work out a special price for you or if you are staying more than 5 nights I can give a small discount. The twin room is smallish but cosy and has everything you need. The single room is also small but cosy and comfortable. Both have TV, hospitality tray, free fast speed wifi. Towels are provided.Hairdryer and iron are available to use and ironing board. Washer and dryer are available for use for £2 each incl laundry soap and max time in dryer is one hour. For very heavy garments such as jeans please don't wash them here unless it's a sunny day and they can hang outside.

depends where you're coming from so please enquire but here are some tips. come off M90 at junction 3 and follow sign for Duloch Park. Pass the leisure park on your left and at the roundabout turn right onto Dunlin Drive. Cross 3 little roundabouts and near the end of Dunlin Drive turn right into Braemar Drive and then left into Arniston Road. Then left into Brodick Gardens -follow the crescent till you get to number 20 - we have a red front door. Park on the stones next to my driveway or park on the right hand side of the driveway. Please don't park on the left side as that belongs to my neighbour. Thank you!
