Lovely, spacious traditional Victorian apartment on the 2nd floor. It has superb high ceilings and feature cornices, and wood floors throughout. Consists of 3 spacious double bedrooms, a large south facing, airy lounge, box room study, fully equipped large kitchen diner with range cooker, bathroom with bath and shower over bath. Has a shared garden to the rear.

Set in Hillside area of Edinburgh just 15 minutes walk to Princes Street and 7 minutes walk to the Playhouse Theatre, great restaurants, bars and cafes. It is a 10 minute walk to the Queens Palace, Scottish Parliament and Royal Mile. 7 min walk to Tram (which takes you to/from the airport) and 15 min walk to Edinburgh's main train station - Waverley, where you can get trains all over Scotland and England. Close to shops and supermarkets.
