A beautiful, recently refurbished property accommodating 4 people with the perfect blend of traditional features and modern living. Located in the trendy and vibrant area of Elm Row in Edinburgh, this property has everything you could possibly want on your doorstep, within 5 minutes' walk of the famous Princes Street and 10 minutes to the historic Royal Mile, the focal point of the Edinburgh Fringe. The Playhouse Theatre, cinema complex, gymnasium, bars, restaurants and shopping centre are all within a few minutes' walk away. A parking permit will be provided which allows free parking in a private designated area five minutes from the apartment.

I am normally at the apartment to meet guests on arrival. I live locally and am always on hand to answer any queries during your stay. There is a comprehensive folder in the apartment with local information on buses, grocery stores, restaurant recommendations etc. It also includes manuals for all of the appliances in the apartment and wifi details. There is also maps, up to date tourist guides and brochures.

the apartment is beautiful and the window in the picture allows you to see the wonderful sunsets. It is conveniently located near stores, restaurants and an easy walk to most of our tour starting locations. Jackie was great and she answered my few texts immediately....More

Tram service from Edinburgh airport is a fabulous introduction to Edinburgh city and costs around £6 single. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Disembark at York Place (the final stop) and the apartment is a 5 minute walk away.

Edinburgh has two train stations! - The Waverley is the one closest to the apartment and a 10 minute walk will get you to the apartment. Take the Calton Road Exit from the station.
