About the neighbourhood
With the apartment being just off the Royal Mile it is within easy walking distance of many of Edinburgh's popular tourist attractions, including Edinburgh Castle, Dynamic Earth, the Scottish Parliament building, St Giles Cathedral, Mary King's Close and the Camera Obscura. Edinburgh is a small city so exploring on foot is a great way to see everything on offer. Alternatively a range of companies offer day tickets on tour buses on a 'hop on' - 'hop off' basis.
How to get there
Edinburgh Airport: You can travel from the airport to the apartment via Bus, Tram or Taxi. To find out more information on the bus and tram route please see the Lothian Buses website. There is a taxi rank that runs from the airport and taxi's are available 24/7. The taxi journey should normally take roughly 20-30 minutes. Waverley Station: The apartment is a 10-15 minute walk from the train station. There is a taxi rank just outside the station on Market Street where you can easily pick up a taxi from to take you to your apartment. The journey would take roughly 10 minutes.
