The master bedroom boasts antique furniture, plentiful storage, and a to-die-for super king, four-poster bed. Kids or companions are happily housed in the second bedroom, featuring twin beds. A large family bathroom features a modern shower, heated towel rail, and new design toilet and sink. The location of this delightful property is, quite simply, unbeatable. Housed in a 17th Century courtyard (since renovated), just off of the Royal Mile, all of Edinburgh’s favourite sightseeing is an easy walk away. **Due to the residential location, this apartment is not suitable for stag, hen, or single *** groups. We respectfully ask that bookings are made only for family, business or courteous couples/groups. A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded after departure. All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old. Please arrange your arrival with the property manager at least 24 hours before arrival. Check in is from 4pm, and check out is before 11am. Please note that arrivals after 19:00 may incur a late arrival fee of 25 pounds for unsociable hours and 40 pounds for arrivals after 11pm.More
