Heather Cottage is located on a tree-lined corner of streets overlooking the River Dee. This very quiet area is on the outskirts of the city yet only minutes from the city centre with off-street parking. The Duthie Park is just a short walk away with access to an attractive and very large parkland area with duck ponds, children's play park, Winter Gardens with a restaurant/coffee shop. Union Square is the main shopping area only 15 minutes away with a huge array of designer shops restaurants and a cinema. Within 5 minutes’ walk, there is a 24hr supermarket complex with Asda, Sainsbury's, Currys and Boots Harvester, Aberdeen Snow Sports Centre, Goals. Plenty of walking paths around and at nearby Kincorth Hill Nature Reserve.
