FLOOR and accessed via a lift, but there are a few small steps up
into the apartment form the hallway. The apartment has high-quality
soundproofing.
* Pets – no pets.
* No smoking.
You may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage
Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you
in good time before your holiday with further details and to take
payment.
Everything was as advertised and very well taken care of. We had a fabulous stay and will use again when visiting Cardiff.

Fantastic place
We stayed here over Christmas and loved it. It's very central to cardiff but on a quiet street. The apartment was absolutely spotless. 2 en suite bedrooms and a decent size open plan lounge kitchen dining room. The building is well insulated and it was very quiet. The owner rhodri is very helpful and friendly
