Fully functional kitchen, shower room and wc, open plan lounge and dining. With a wood burner for cosy nights in but also full central heating. Stairs from the lounge lead up to a pretty balcony bedroom with beautiful views over the orchard. With outside patio with bbq and set in 3.5 acres of land, this gated property offers ample secure parking. Lots of opportunities for walking/cycling trails.
