This beautiful stone barn conversion sits in a spectacular setting on the fringes of Cilgwyn mountain in Carmel, with outstanding views overlooking the beautiful North West Wales coastline, from the royal town of Caernarfon through to the Rival mountains in Trefor and Porthdinllaen on the Llyn Peninsular, Anglesey and on a clear day as far as the Wicklow mountains on the East coast of Ireland.

The barn sits next to the owner's house on a smallholding of nearly 2 acres and has its own parking spaces and private terrace furnished with picnic table and BBQ. Residents are also welcome to use the owner's shed for secure bike storage and also use the owner's decking area and the children's garden area to the side of the main house and any of the field areas. Interaction with guests
The owners are always happy to answer any queries between the booking and arrival date, and always make contact a few days prior to arrival to remind guests of our post code for any satnav purposes and also our telephone contact details in case guests require any directions whilst en-route. The owners do try and be at the property upon guests' arrival in order to welcome them and show them briefly into the cottage. As the owner's home is immediately next door there is always someone around for any enquiries.

Although the cottage is located in a rural location, guests do advise us that a satnav will bring you to the door and we are always happy to provide directions over the phone whilst en-route (even been known to meet guests nearby and direct personally).
