Wood Burning stove. The Boathouse & Mooring sits on the edge of the iconic Menai Strait, looking across to Caernarfon and down towards the open sea. With stunning views of the mountains of Snowdonia, this beautiful Anglesey holiday house commands an exceptional location. 'What a view! relax in the hot tub & enjoy leisurely meals on the decking whilst gazing across the Menai Strait to Snowdonia and the Rivals - bliss!' The house has been carefully presented by its owners, whose aim was to create a holiday cottage that they themselves would be happy to stay in. Original stone walls, beams and ships' timbers are combined with careful interior design and subtle lighting. No expense has been spared on extras such as a hot tub and a wine cooler. The Boathouse & Moorings is an old building with a definite coastal charm. Bedrooms and bathrooms are situated downstairs where white-washed stone walls and flagged floors create a clean, minimalist style. Upstairs, there’s a good sized dining room with wonderful views over the Strait and an expansive open plan kitchen/sitting room with high ceiling and original exposed beams. Step out through the french doors onto a broad deck complete with hot tub and outdoor seating and more wonderful views. All so close to the sea. You are promised a fantastic holiday experience. Amenities: Dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, refrigerated wine cooler, microwave, electric oven, ceramic hob. Fantastic views, wood burning stove, TV, DVD player, CD player. Hot tub. Balcony with sea views. Off road parking. Attractions within walking distance. Basic amenities approx 2 miles away. Further amenities approx 6 miles away. Note: the hot tub has to be cleaned and emptied for each new set of guests. As such, the water may not be fully up to temperature on the first evening of your stay. Region: Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South. Town: A small village nestled on the banks of the Menai Straits on the Isle of Anglesey. Brynsiencyn is small yet delightful, hosting a shop, Post Office and a shop serving pizzas, kebabs and burgers. The village boasts some incredible views towards the delightful town of Caernarfon over the Menai Straits and even the dominant Snowdonia Mountain Range in the distance. There is plenty to do on the thriving island of Anglesey, the popular attractions of Anglesey Sea Zoo and Foel Farm are just a stones throw away, apart from this there are tonnes of spectacular beaches and history to be discovered. The tourist destinations of Beaumaris, Bangor and Caernarfon are all nearby and are all well worth a visit.More
