We are also very close to the historic market town of Ledbury with it's cobbled streets of family run independent boutiques as well as popular high street names.
Gorgeous, spacious cottage in a beautiful setting with views of the Malvern Hills in the distance. Lovely outside space with sun loungers and large family table and chairs plus a gas BBQ.
Kitchen very well equipped. Hospitable hosts and thanks ever so much Debbie for leaving us a delicious cake, bread, butter, milk, crisps, chocs and not forgetting a bottle of Prosecco! The brilliant Nespresso machine we are already missing!
We only stayed 3 nights but wished it could have been longer. Next time!
The only slight issue we had if anything, was with the 2nd bedroom especially if you like to sleep with a window open (which would not open very far). You need to be aware that there is a gravel shared driveway outside of the window and every time a car went by to and from the working livery yard, it is noisy, so would not suit light sleepers too well.

Fantastic views - great cottage and a warm welcome
Having been let down by a hotel I had booked for a long weekend I rang last minute to book this delightful converted barn.
The views across the valley are stunning and the cottage is well equipped with everything you could need. BBQ and quality outside furniture means breakfast lunch and dinner were spent looking at some amazing views. Great wildlife with red kites, buzzards, green woodpeckers and kestrels all on your doorstep.
The owners are on hand to advise on any walks and venues to visit.
We will definitely be back

Idyllic views, secure garden, peaceful location
We booked a 4 day 3 night stay with our 2 jack Russell dogs as a base for walking the Malvern Hills. We were absolutely delighted with our choice. The converted stable has been tastefully furnished in oak. It is in the grounds of the owners barn conversion with its own secure garden. There is a west facing patio which is equipped with wooden garden furniture and a gas barbecue. We were fortunate weather wise to be able to avail ourselves of the garden area which has views over a secluded valley in which wildlife abounds. Rabbits abound as does bird life. I also saw a fox and buzzards. Binoculars and a bird spotting book are thoughtfully provided. The owners are Debbie and Tom who went out of their way to welcome us. There was a welcome hamper with essentials (including a bottle of wine). The kitchenware was of the highest standard and we found everything we needed to cook. ( we took our own slow cooker) . There were ample beautiful fluffy towels in the bathroom and an ample selection of shower gels. There is free BT wifi but phone reception is poor.
This holiday let facilitates people holiday with their horse. There are numerous horses kept on the farm. One consequence is of course flies. We bought our own fly spray it's an essential!
This would not deter us from booking again. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Perfect holiday retreat
This converted barn is one of the loveliest places we have stayed in. The setting is perfect stunning panoramic views horses and sheep in the fields.
The cottage has everything you need all mod cons including all condiments washing products items that you need when you are self catering but usually have to provide yourself.
Also on arrival a lovely hamper including wine bread chocolates etc, fresh flowers
Lovely patio area to enjoy a glass of wine while looking at the view and a fenced off garden so no worries about dogs or children escaping.
Charming friendly owners would definitely 100% recommend this holiday let

Hope End Barn - Fantastic Holiday Cottage
We stayed at this cottage, situated in the beautiful countryside of Cradley in Malvern over the Whitsun Weekend. This was a luxury cottage with absolute everything you could possibly need for your stay. However it was the finishing touches the owner included that made it extra special. We had a food hamper on arrival (including a bottle of wine and chocolates) and essential condiments, coffee, tea and sugar were there for us - all the everyday items that become expensive to purchase when you're away for just a weekend.
There were great walks in the local area for us and our two well behaved dogs. Hope End Cottage is adjacent to the owners farm house (an equally beautiful barn conversion) There were fields as far as the eye could see and so much to do and many places to visit in the area.
We all loved our stay - Many thanks to Debbie and Tommy the owners - we would definitely return and recommend to our friends and family.

Fantastic place to stay! Peaceful, great location, wonderful views.
Hope End Holiday Cottage at Cradley. An atmospheric barn conversion on a property which is a livery stables. Spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The conversion is excellent and is spacious with all modern conveniences. Two bedrooms and a shared bathroom, a well-appointed kitchen and a lounge/dining-room. Views across a valley and up to the Malvern Hills. Birdlife in abundance. Very peaceful, but easy access to main roads and wonderfully positioned to explore the area of the Malverns or further afield in the Welsh Marches. Lots of quaint villages with pubs doing good food. The owner greeted us with a hamper of essentials and treats and was available if needed, but otherwise did not intrude - the perfect combination. Dogs allowed. Horses allowed!

Lovely barn conversion finished to a really high spec.
The most striking thing about the barn - aside from the great views of the Malvern hills - is the high quality finish that has been applied to it. Furnishings and fittings are truly a cut above the norm; no skimping, and really high quality. Well equipped with just about everything you could need - including a 'Welcome Basket' of essentials and a Nespresso machine! highly recommended - and we've stayed in lots of holiday cottages!

Perfect easter week-end !
We spent 4 perfect days in this marvellous cottage. We were very well welcomed by Debbie. The cottage is brand new, perfectly furbished and decorated: we really felt comfortable right from the start.
The location is perfect to enjoy walks in the countryside and to discover the nearby Malvern Hills.
Our daughter was delighted to see sheep and horses just near the cottage.
We also enjoyed the quiet and calm environment.
We can only highly recommend the cottage for anyone who wants a peaceful and perfect stay.

Cradley is one of the oldest and largest villages within Worcestershire and Herefordshire, it features a village of beautiful black and white cottages and a church which dates back to domesday. The village has a small shop locally and a large pub and restaurant on the main road in. There are plenty of interesting walks within the area which can be downloaded from our web site.
Locally within the village is 'Blue Ginger' which has become a showcase for many talented local artists and craftspeople as well as some of the best of British talent and carefully sourced fairly traded crafts from far away. The gallery, located in the grounds of a C15th timber framed Herefordshire farmhouse, has a diversity of quality goods on display. Within the main gallery there is also a coffee shop serving light lunches, delicious home-made cakes, and fair-trade tea and coffee.

How to get there
Off the main A4103 in to the village of Cradley, road showing to Bosbury/Ledbury, so this is the 2nd road in to Cradley after the Red Lion Pub being on your left. You come to a very small cross road with a telephone box on your left, turn right in to Chockbury Lane, go up the hill and before the road turns to the right, straight on is our drive which is a long flat farm drive.
