We had the pleasure of staying here in Devember. It is a lovely apartment, clean, warm, a home away from home. Catherine was very welcoming. We had absoutley no problems and will definitely be returning.

I stayed for 12 nights whilst doing a course in Maidenhead. Catherine was really nice & helpful & the flat was perfect for my purpose. It was comfortable with good facilities and I would happily stay there again.

About the neighbourhood
The Apartment is located in Maidenhead's very beautiful Riverside Area, near the famous Boulter's Lock where you can sit and eat ice cream and watch the lock fill and empty while vessels make their way up or downstream. There's a lot of wildlife on the river, many peaceful places to sit and watch the swans, ducks, coots, grebes, cormorants, herons and kingfishers. A short walk downstream is Brunel's famous railway bridge built in 1838 and revolutionary in its day. You can cycle along riverside paths to Windsor and see the Castle, parts of which date from the 11th century, with its Gothic chapel, the incredible Doll's House, and the State Apartments filled with great works of art. Airport: Heathrow: 20.0 km
Railway: Maidenhead or Taplow: 4.0 km
From Heathrow, take the M4 west, and leave the M4 at junction 7. From the slip road, turn left onto the A4 (Bath Rd) following the signs for Maidenhead. In a few kilometres you will come to Maidenhead Bridge. Cross the bridge and turn right immediately at the small roundabout (BP Service Stn on left as you exit) in the direction of Cookham. The river will be flowing on your right hand side. Passing the little bridge at Boulter's Lock, take the first right which is Court Road, and the second on the right which is Court Drive. Number 7 is a long cream building on the right, with dark green shutters.
