Every visit would not be complete without exploring Shakespeare’s birthplace with attractions to include Anne Hathaway’s Cottage,Hall’s Croft,Mary Arden’s Farm and New Place. Indulge in some performing arts at The Royal Shakespeare Theatre or the adjacent Swan Theatre. Open the door and step inside,the cottage has been beautifully finished with a classic colour scheme that complements the many original features. The lounge enjoys natural light from the sash window with window seat where you can watch the world go by,or sink into the sofas after a day exploring,catch up with friends and watch the Smart TV. The kitchen/diner is at the rear of the property and provides a lovely,spacious,open plan room for entertaining with glazed bi-folding doors opening onto the west facing gardens. The kitchen has been finished with a contemporary style offering an electric oven and induction hob,microwave,fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is a utility cupboard with a washing machine. For dining a table and chairs that will accommodate up to six guests along with a sofa where you can relax and keep the chef amongst you company. When the day is done climb the stairs where you will find two bedrooms, a twin room with garden views,and the second bedroom with king-size bed and views across the church steeple, this room has an en-suite shower and WC. There is also a bathroom with shower over the roll top bath,and WC on this floor. Open the bi-folding doors and step out onto the enclosed gardens,a great space for a lazy afternoon with a good book. There is roadside parking with a parking permit for one car. More
