The subtle aromas of the Clematis that dominates the front of the farmhouse in the summer will gently blow through an open window. The large en-suite with bath is light and airy with similar views to the north. Situated in Kenilworth in the stunning heart of rural Warwickshire, Pleasance Farm is a charming bed and breakfast perfect for the recreational or business visitor. Perfectly situated for exploring Leamington Spa and Stratford upon Avon, we are also only 20 minutes away from Birmingham Airport and the NEC. The farmhouse, parts of which date from the 18th Century, is set within the beautiful Warwickshire countryside, on a 460 acre working farm. We grow a mixture of arable crops, including wheat, barley and oilseed rape as well as rearing Hereford cattle. We also have a friendly brood of hens that provide us with a plentiful supply of free range eggs, which we use for our breakfasts, and homemade cakes. Upon your arrival, you will be welcomed by a fresh pot of tea and homemade cake, served in the Drawing Room, where you can sit and enjoy the views across The Pleasance. The farmhouse has 3 large, en-suite guest bedrooms, guest lounge and guest breakfast room. The rooms are accessed via their own private staircase and front door, and all have free Wi-Fi. Our breakfasts are legendary. Locally sourced where possible, we can cater for all tastes and appetites offering a range of cereals – including home-made granola – freshly squeezed juices, homemade bread and yogurt and, of course, a Full English, with everything in between.More

Amazing!

Anywhere that greets the guests with homemade cake is off to a good start! Tamarind is one of the nicest people I've ever met and we were made to feel so welcome. I didn't expect a working farm which allowed dogs to be so spotlessly...More

Outstanding B and B in historic setting

Just down the road from Kenilworth Castle, Coventry, Stratford and Warwick, Pleasance Farmhouse is an absolute must for anyone sightseeing/visiting in the area. Tamarind Lucas and young family could not have looked after us better, even giving us a concert for breakfast on the grand...More

Lovely location, beautifully renovated, very comfortable and terrific breakfast!
