Based in the lovely peaceful village of Newbourne yet only ten minutes from Ipswich, Felixstowe and Woodbridge this is a spacious residential specification caravan with a touch of comfort. This caravan is modern and well equipped with shower room/toilet and additional en-suite for double bedroom. Large open plan lounge leading onto private decked area which overlooks a large secluded country garden. The van is fully insulated and double glazed with gas central heating and a fire in the lounge. Situated on the rural and peaceful family friendly Steadings Park campsite. The area is surrounded by plenty of walks and great cycling. We had a great week at this caravan. We walked in and immediately felt at home. The living room was lovely and big and kitchen had everything we needed. We took our own tea towels, washing up stuff, bin bags and also bedding and towels...More

First class site, beautifully laid out with stunning scenery, exceptionally clean with all ammenities, ideal for dogs. Could not fault our static caravan & friendly staff, will be coming back.

About the neighbourhood
Suffolk is great for those wanting to explore - there is an abundance of things to do for all tastes, whether it be lazing on the beach at Felixstowe, exploring Woodbridge town, dry slope skiing in Ipswich or visiting Framlingham Castle to see what Ed Sheeran is signing about ! Likewise we are blessed with miles and miles of local walks and country lane cycling.
Getting around
We are a rural site and therefore a car is necessary for getting about to the shops and local towns. However for keen cyclists and walkers there are plenty of local routes.
