The Annex is situated in a stunning modern extension to an Edwardian farmhouse in the middle of farmland near York in the historic village of Bolton Percy. Say hello to the Shorthorn cattle in the field next door or watch the wheat growing the field behind you. All this within five minutes walk of the ancient village pub. The luxurious modern accommodation features vaulted ceilings and limestone floors with underfloor heating to all areas. In the two large ensuite bedrooms we can accommodation up to 4 Adults. Couples or families with children small or large will enjoy the fresh air and peace and quiet of the Annex. Bring your mountain bike and go for a 1 mile ride up the bridleway to the next village. Came to York with my wife and mother in law for a short break and to do some shopping at York Christmas markets. Found the Annex to be immaculately clean and set out really lovely. Bedrooms are nicely sized and the bed was very comfortable....More

Just returned from our second stay at this property. Our kids (5 and 4) love it, especially all the toys, games and films for them to watch. We used it as a base to visit York, Harrogate and Scarborough. Would recommend to anyone.

Lovely annex with everything you could need.Very comfortable beds and very clean. Great peaceful location. The local team old Sun Inn serves great food

Fantastic little annex attached to the main farmhouse. Fits the needs of being close to both York and Leeds. Drove to the nearest park and ride for York which is only 10mins journey away. Lovely touch of complementary bottle of wine and chocolates on arrival....More
