Large glass Designer dining table with 6 chairs plus room for 2 more. Large screen LED HD SMART Tv. full WiFi, High Speed Fibre Optic (throughout house). Gas Central Heating. Pizza Hut take out is 5 mins walk away and they also deliver free. Greggs bakery behind the house, as well as Boots/Lloyds Pharmacy, Fish'n Chip shop, kebab shop, Newsagent/Tobacconist, 24 hour grocery store, ALL behind house, less than 2 mins walk away. There is a pub/bar on the corner of the street also. Other people would charge well over £200 per night for this house as you have the whole house AND Garden for your use. As this is my home, I am not being greedy and have substantially reduced the rates, just to cover my mortgage payments. But I do ask that you respect the house as your OWN home and treat it with care. There is a private garden at the back of the house. Quiet neighbours. The train takes you straight to Tottenham Hale Underground Station in about 10 mins from where you can jump on the underground. OR, you can stay on the train which will take you to Stratford or Liverpool Street in the City in about 25 mins. The house is so well located. And at only 30% of the price of rental that it SHOULD be at!!! Win Win! There are towels, spare extra sheets, duvet/comforters, blankets, many plates, cutlery, etc. For the summer, there are many pedestal and table fans for use. Latest large 50' Smart (internet equipped) 3D tv. Ironing board, so many extra blankets, pillows, etc. EVERYTHING you could possibly need is all here for you.More

How to get there
You can come on the Underground Tube 'Victoria Line' (light Blue) to Tottenham Hale Station. ANd then change to the British Rail Platform and catch an over ground train to Ponders End STation. That ride will take about 3 minutes! The house is just 4 mins walk from Ponders End STation when you get down.
